Started our weekend in Gothenburg at vRÅ. The restaurant atmosphere is intimate, cozy and, of course, inspired by Japan. They use both Swedish and Japanese cooking techniques, and sometimes combine them in the same dish. They have everything from Smoked Char Tartar in Yuzu Butter to Sashimi, my favorite was their Gyoza filled with mushrooms from Östragärde farm. To this we drank kombucha with lingonberry (?!) my favorite as well hehe. After this amazing dinner Helena picked me up for some cocktails at Hotel Pigalle xx
